Why it happens
- No empty-set master plate, so the set is invented fresh for each shot.
- Large camera moves force the model to generate areas that were off-screen.
- The prompt describes only the character, with no instruction to hold the set.
How to fix it
Generate an empty-set master plate first and note 3–5 fixed anchors plus the key-light direction.
Composite characters onto the master plate for keyframes instead of regenerating the set each time.
Name the anchors in the video prompt: keep the counter, fridges and glass door in place.
Replace big pans and orbits with a locked-off camera or a slow push-in.
For consecutive shots in one scene, use the previous shot's last frame as the next reference.
Before and after
Fails
The camera orbits her once, revealing the whole convenience store.
Works
Locked-off camera with a slow 10% push-in. Keep the counter at lower left, fridges on the right, glass door centred in the background, key light from cold white overhead lamps.
Prevent it next time:Build an empty-set plate and an anchor list for every location before putting characters in it.
