AI Video Generation

Control action, performance, and camera with image-to-video, then rerender only failed shots.

Follow the workflow

Use image-to-video for continuity; use text-to-video mainly for exploration.
Describe subject action, amplitude, camera move, environment change, and invariants.
Test motion economically, then render selected takes at final quality.
Inspect face, limbs, background, speed, lip movement, and extra subjects.
Regenerate only failed shots and save model, seed, prompt, and asset versions.

Reusable template

[Subject] moves naturally from [start] to [end]; [small/medium] motion; camera [locked/slow push/pan/track]; [subtle environmental change]; restrained natural pace; preserve face, hair, costume, props, and set layout; no extra people, text, or objects.

Keep invariant fields fixed and replace only project variables. Change one variable per test.

Quality gates

  • Action has a readable start, transition, and end
  • Identity, costume, props, and set do not drift
  • Camera movement supports the scene
  • Streams, resolution, and duration validate
Troubleshooting:
Shorten shots and reduce large turns for face drift. Describe the physical motion path for stiffness. Add layout invariants for background changes. Add exact screen copy in post.
SPECIALIST GUIDES

Additional practical guidance

Let the first frame lock identity, costume, set, composition, and starting pose; let the video prompt describe only change.
Diagnose flicker by timestamp, affected region, and the turn, occlusion, fast motion, or camera move that precedes it.
Repair in three rounds: simplify action; lock first frame and anchors; then split the shot or reduce camera amplitude.
Choose tools with three tests—dialogue close-up, full-body motion, and two-person interaction—and budget per shot, resolution, and expected attempts.
