Why it happens
- Several actions are crammed into one clip: stand up, turn and run all at once.
- The motion is too large or too fast for the model to keep stable.
- The first-frame pose doesn't set up the action, e.g. facing away but asked to punch toward camera.
How to fix it
Keep one main action per clip, written as starting pose → motion → end state.
Set motion size to small or medium and speed to slow or natural.
Break complex actions into 2–3 short shots and join them in the edit.
Redo the first frame so the starting pose already faces the direction of the action.
Test the motion at short duration or low resolution first, then render the final.
Before and after
Fails
She jumps up, spins round, rushes to the door, yanks it open and runs out.
Works
She first steadies herself on the table edge and slowly stands, then straightens her clothes, then takes one step toward the door. Small movement, locked-off camera.
